I’ve just registered. How do I sign in?

If you’ve registered, you’re already signed in. If that’s not the case, please use the link in your confirmation email.

How do I join the event?

A few minutes before the event, simply click the link in your confirmation email. That’s it. It’s that easy.

Am I signed in?

Yes. If you’ve registered, you’re most likely signed in. If you are having trouble, please use the link we’ve sent in your email.

Why are there two sessions?

The contents of Session 1 and Session 2 are the same. Please join at the time that is most convenient for you. 

What if I miss an episode?

No worries. It will be on demand here after the live streams. We’ll send an email when it’s ready.

Can I ask questions during the event?

Absolutely. We welcome questions. Please use the box on the right-hand side of your screen during the episode, and we’ll (most likely) answer it during the episode.
